This Privacy Policy explains how Digigo Sàrl (“Digigo,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you visit our website at digi-go.com or interact with our services.

2. What personal data we collect
We collect personal data in the following ways:
Data you provide directly:
Contact form submissions: name, company, email address, free-text message content, and selected service tags (“What’s the itch?”)
Calendar bookings (via Cal.com): name, email address, scheduled meeting date/time, optional message
Email correspondence: any data you choose to share when emailing us
Data collected automatically when you visit our website:
Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time spent on pages, click behavior
Analytics data: aggregated and pseudonymized usage data via Google Analytics 4 (see Section 5)
We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16 years of age.

5. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services that may process your personal data:
Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA / Google Ireland Ltd, EU)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our website. GA4 processes pseudonymized data including IP addresses (anonymized), interaction events, and device information. Data is transmitted to Google servers, which may be located outside Switzerland or the EU. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google Tag Manager (Google LLC, USA / Google Ireland Ltd, EU)
We use Google Tag Manager to manage analytics and tracking tags on our website. GTM does not collect personal data itself but loads other services (such as GA4) based on your consent. Learn more: Google Privacy Policy
Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA)
When you book a meeting via our calendar, your name, email address, and meeting details are processed by Cal.com. Cal.com acts as a separate data controller for the booking process. Learn more: Cal.com Privacy Policy
Email (Google Workspace — Google LLC, USA / Google Ireland Ltd, EU)
Our email is hosted on Google Workspace. Emails you send to us, and contact form submissions, are stored in Google Workspace mailboxes. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Learn more: Google Workspace Privacy
6. Data transfers outside Switzerland and the EU
Some of our service providers (Google, Cal.com) are based in the United States. The European Commission has determined that the United States provides an adequate level of data protection for organizations certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which Google participates in.
For other transfers, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other appropriate safeguards as required under Art. 46 GDPR and equivalent provisions of the Swiss FADP.
7. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
Contact form submissions and email correspondence — Up to 3 years from last contact, unless contractual relationship continues
Client contract data — Duration of contract + 10 years (Swiss legal retention requirement)
Calendar bookings — Up to 12 months after the meeting
Analytics data — Up to 14 months (GA4 default)
When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.
8. Your rights
Under the Swiss FADP and GDPR (where applicable), you have the following rights:
Right of access: request confirmation of whether we process your data, and a copy of that data
Right of rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
Right of erasure (“right to be forgotten”): request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements
Right to restrict processing: request that we limit how we use your data
Right to data portability: request your data in a structured, commonly used format
Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interests
Right to withdraw consent: withdraw your consent at any time for processing based on consent (e.g., analytics cookies)
Right to lodge a complaint: file a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your local EU data protection authority

9. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Measures include:
TLS encryption for all data transmitted via our website
Access controls and authentication for our internal systems
Regular security reviews of our infrastructure and service providers
Confidentiality obligations for any contractors or specialists we work with
No system is 100% secure. If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority in accordance with applicable law.
10. Children’s privacy
This website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us at hello@digi-go.ch and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this policy reflects the most recent revision. Significant changes will be communicated via the website. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
